Over my few years of cooking, I have been dedicated to the principles of plant-based cooking, and I want to share that joy with others. Eating vegan doesn’t mean spinach salads, rice and beans, and smoothies everyday (although you can’t go wrong with a perfect mango smoothie). It can mean curries, fried rice, Sloppy Joe’s, breakfast burritos, burgers, pasta, and so much more.
And it doesn’t have to be expensive. Eating healthy is cheaper than it has ever been. My recipes are designed to be affordable, quick, and simple. They can be thrown together by a new cook, an expert, or anybody in between.
